2) Standard coil length: 25m, 30m,40m.

3) Outer layer is coated by UV inhibitor or colorful polyester weaving, colorfast.

1.The fabric layer of the Semi Rigid Fire Hose should be woven evenly, with a clean surface, without double warp skipping, broken double warp, skipping weft and scratches.

2. The thickness of the hose lining (or outer cover) should be uniform,and the surface should be smooth and flat without wrinkles or other defects.

Elongation and expansion and twist direction

1. Axial elongation and diameter expansion rate for rigid fire hose reels with design working pressures of 0.8 MPa, 1.0 MPa, 1.3 MPa, 1.6 MPa, 2.0 MPa, and so forth should not exceed 5% under the design working pressure.

2. Axial elongation and diameter expansion rate for heavy duty fire hose reels with design working pressures should not exceed 8% under the design working pressure.

3. The water belt should not twist anticlockwise when viewed along the direction of the water flow.
