Design Of Fracture Test Of Fire Hose Joints

Among the fracture phenomena of fire hose joints, the common ones are hose slippage and buckle claw breakage. These two phenomena are the research objectives of the joint fracture test, and the experimental design is arranged.
First, design the bearing capacity of the fire hose interface, requiring less than 1000kN, and the bearing accuracy error is ±1%. In the test, the WAW-1000 computer is used to control the bearing capacity of the fire hose material, and the preparation of the test equipment is completed.
Then collect the cases of fire hose interface fractures, summarize the basic characteristics of the interface fractures, and design three experiments, namely:
a. Hard pull test design, the joint position of the fire hose, fire hose with Φ65, Φ80 silicon-aluminum interface, test 3 times, a total of 6 hard pull operations, get the test results and record, and finally calculate the average value ;
b. The slip test design is mainly used to study the relationship between the tensile strength and the slip of the interface, and obtain the maximum bearing capacity of the slip of the interface. Use a 20cm fire hose, tied by professional firefighters, and perform a tensile test after connection. The specifications of the hose used in the hard pull test are the same, the number of times is the same, record and calculate the average value;
c. For the overall tensile test, choose PVC and polyurethane fire hoses on the market. After professional binding, cut out a 20cm section, and use ordinary silicon-aluminum joints. The specifications are Φ65 and Φ80. A total of 4 tests, 3 times As a standard, a total of 12 times, record and calculate the average value.
Finally, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the tensile strength test, the test device should be properly processed, for example: improve the test machine whose outer diameter does not meet the standard, and change it to a stepped connection component. On the one hand, the strength of the connection is guaranteed, and on the other hand, the tensile The weight of the tool in the tensile strength operation, during which seamless steel pipes are used, and the auxiliary mechanical connection is used. The auxiliary devices for the three types of tests are:
a. The hose interface should be stretched to connect the components;
b. Hose slide tension connection assembly;
c. Hose tension connection components.
