The Multi-Layer Structure of Remote Water Supply Hose: A Combination of Pressure-Bearing, Abrasion-Resistant, and Corrosion-Resistant
As a crucial component of modern emergency rescue and urban water supply and drainage systems, remote water supply hoses are designed and manufactured with high technology and exquisite craftsmanship. Their multi-layer structure, in particular, is meticulously engineered to enhance their pressure-bearing capacity, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The core of remote water supply hoses lies in their multi-layer construction, enabling them to withstand high pressures and flows while maintaining abrasion and corrosion resistance. Below, we will analyze the functions and importance of each layer one by one.
First, the inner layer is the most critical layer of the hose. It is typically made of polymer materials such as rubber or polyurethane (TPU). These materials offer excellent resistance to high pressure, abrasion, and corrosion, enabling them to withstand high water pressures and flows. The integrity of the inner layer is crucial to the hose's overall performance, as it comes into direct contact with the water source and must ensure smooth and leak-free water flow.
Next, the reinforcement layer, located between the inner and outer layers, serves as the hose's "framework." This layer is typically made of a woven fiber mesh (such as polyester filament) or a braided steel wire mesh. These braided meshes significantly enhance the hose's strength and abrasion resistance, preventing scratches and punctures during use. The reinforcement layer ensures the hose maintains stable performance even in challenging environments.
Finally, the outer layer is also made of materials such as rubber or polyurethane. This layer's primary function is to protect the inner layer from environmental damage. It also increases the hose's durability, enabling it to withstand prolonged use and wear.
The multi-layer construction of the remote water supply hose is key to its superior performance. The inner layer provides resistance to high pressure, abrasion, and corrosion; the reinforcement layer enhances the hose's strength and wear resistance; and the outer layer provides protection and increased durability. This perfect combination of three layers enables the remote water supply hose to operate stably in a variety of challenging environments, providing reliable support for emergency rescue and urban water supply and drainage systems.

Performance Requirements
1. The fabric layer of the hose should be woven evenly, with a clean surface, without double warp skipping, broken double warp, skipping weft and scratches.
2. The thickness of the hose lining (or outer cover) should be uniform, and the surface should be smooth and flat without wrinkles or other defects Elongation and expansion and twist direction.
3. Under the action of water pressure, the water belt should not be twisted counterclockwise when viewed along the water flow direction.
