Identify The Performance Of The Fire Hose From The Following Aspects

1. Product identification

Each fire hose should use a colored line as the center line of the body, and the product name, design working pressure, specification, warp, weft, and lining material must be printed on both sides of the center line near the end with ink that is not easy to fall off. 

2. Appearance quality of fabric layer

The fabric layer of a qualified hose should be woven evenly, without skipping double warp, broken double warp, skipping weft and scratches.

3. Hose length

Use a tape measure to measure the total length of the entire roll of hose. If the measured length is less than 1 meter above the length specification of the hose, the product is judged to be unqualified.

4. Pressure test

Cut off a 1.2-meter-long hose, use a manual pressure test pump or an electric pressure test pump to steadily pressurize to the test pressure, keep the pressure for 5 minutes, and check whether there is any leakage. If there is leakage, it is unqualified.
